How much does a custom website cost?
The cost of a custom website varies based on your specific needs. Every project is unique, requiring different features and functionality. I specialize in designing and developing websites tailored to purebred dog breeders. To provide an accurate quote, I will discuss your goals, assess your requirements, and create a proposal based on your needs.
Can you redesign my existing website and use my domain?
Yes! Although I am most familiar with WIX and wordpress, most content management systems are very similar. Ideally, we’d move it to Hostinger for optimal performance, but if you prefer to keep your current hosting—especially if you’ve already paid for it—that’s completely fine too.
Can I update the site myself after it is finished?
Absolutely! I encourage my clients to take control of their websites and manage them independently. Every content management system has tutorials should you want to assume full management of your site. And of course, I’m always happy to answer your questions!
Do you offer website maintenance?
Yes! Launching your site is just the beginning—I’m here for the long run. I can provide as much or as little ongoing support as you need. Explore my support pricing on my services page to find the right fit for you.
Do you design more than just business cards?
Absolutely! The same graphic can be used for return address labels, magnetic business cards, stickers, cups—you name it. Once the design is created, I’ll provide you with the digital file. I’m happy to handle orders for you, but if you ever want to take over, you’ll have everything you need to do so.
Who provides the website content?
Typically, you do. Since you’re the expert on your breed and your kennel, it’s best for the content to come from you. However, if you need assistance I will be happy to fine tune your content for you.
I don't have a logo, can you help me with that?
I can! I work with a few different logo generators. Once I tell them your preferences of fonts and colors, I will typically have 3-4 different logos for you to choose from within a few days.
How much involvement will I have in the process?
A great deal! Your input and feedback are essential every step of the way. I will begin by asking detailed questions about your needs, preferences, and vision to create the perfect design and functionality for your site. I encourage your thoughts and ideas, but I will also provide honest guidance on what works best for you.
